We got three bids, and frankly, he was the most expensive, but what we liked about him is he was local. He knew the house. This is an old house from 1860, and it's been renovated a number of times, but he lives in the area. He knows how these houses work. He responded, he got back to us, he really showed that he cared and he wanted the business, and so we went with him. Right from day one, he was fabulous. He showed up when he said he would, he brought some great helpers who were fabulous and they got it all done in basically a day and a half. They cared, as they said they cared about our property, and wanted it to look good. They had some ideas on where to put things, and it was a very favorable experience.”
